I am the host of a show called “The Sit Down with Chris Seaton” on Southern Fried Radio. Each podcast involves news items, fun topics, and big ideas of the day.

Each week I share the studio with producer Aaron Campbell and Angel the News girl for a fun, irreverent discussion sure to offend at least a few people.

Season One began in the musty studios of WOZO on low power FM radio at the Birdhouse at Fourth and Gill in Knoxville. The lunatics running that asylum eventually banned us from ever broadcasting on their airwaves, and it took quite the struggle to get Aaron’s full equipment rack back.

Season Two of The Sit Down began in what we termed the “FEMA Camp 6” studio. We had tons of guests, more visibility, and better discussions than ever before.

The show went on hiatus around May of 2017 when life happened and various circumstances meant weekly podcasts weren’t viable for all of us. That’s when I began “The Morning Drive” and “Afternoon Drive” segments on Periscope.

In January of 2018 we begin Season 3 of The Sit Down in a new studio, with better equipment, a video version for show backers, and a call-in line.

If you’d like to chuck a few coins our way, you can do so here. We’ll never charge for a show, but your support gets you a few perks.

Also, if you’re keen on some merchandise showing your love for Southern Fried Radio’s most deplorable host, you can get your fix here. In addition to the show logo stuff, we have shirts honoring our favorite cartoon beaver, Mae, and her love of Big Cut Bacon!
